At Dreame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cleaning technology. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the product, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, into the shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
